Diversity, Inclusion and Culture

Aspirall was engaged by a professional services organisation to develop and implement a program to propel a cultural change process across diversity and inclusion.

Through our integral design process and systems we determined with the client key outcomes and objectives.

Some of these outcomes were as follows;
– Take on the challenge and face the ‘hard’ stuff that blocks allowance of diversity and inclusion
– To more authentically create a place of real safety and trust in the face of the inherent dynamics of diversity

The program was then designed taking into account the paradigm shifts required for cultural change as shift requires our rational minds to be combined with our intuitive hearts for it to be successful and sustainable.

A systems approach was discussed and designed with the client that used emergent, quantum and systems thinking that balance the depth and pace of the program.

The outcomes shifted the executives mindsets and the organisations leadership group experienced a conscious and presence on diversity that was transformational on many levels.
